First Patch- Reactor Meltdown!

Your wish is finally granted!
With how the reactor has been causing people grief, I've tuned it to be a little easier- now with multiple options, available in Settings. There's also reference clips in the download package, if you're still having trouble for the moment!
Also, there's now Debug keys to spawn worms! Just in case you didn't have enough already- Check the included README.txt.

Patchnotes:
Rewrote a fair bit of code, like the 'friends' and the player's animations! There might be a fresh bug or two to iron out, there.
'Friends' now leave instantly when inside a disabled entrance.
Download package now includes clips to help understand the reactor minigame.
Added Debug keys, to spawn 'friends' to your heart's content! Check the included README.

Settings:
- W and S can now be used to scroll up/down in Settings.
- Settings system no longer abandons all hope, when it doesn't find a setting in the settings.txt file.

Reactor:
Phase 1 no longer requires the coolant level to be lower than the FUEL level.
Added a new Reactor Difficulty setting.
- Surgery: Previous difficulty, if you weren't having trouble before.
- Normal: Default. Tweaked to be easier to manage, but still requiring precision.
- Slow: Much more controllable, with an overheat safety margin. Best for if you're more interested in other content.
